Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiters to hire Delivery Executives for leading quick-commerce and food-delivery platforms like BigBasket, Blinkit and Swiggy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and source candidates for delivery job openings.
- Explain job details, salary, incentives and eligibility criteria.
- Screen candidates and verify basic details.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain daily calling and recruitment reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.





Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
