Job Title: VMC Machine OperatorDepartment: Manufacturing / Production
Employment Type: Full time
Job SummaryLooking for an experienced VMC Machine Operator to run machines, perform job setups according to drawings, and deliver high-precision components safely and on time.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate VMC machines (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controllers).
- Read engineering drawings and adjust minor offsets/programs.
- Perform job setups and load correct cutting tools.
- Inspect finished parts using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Perform daily machine maintenance (coolant & oil levels) and maintain a clean workspace.
- RequirementsEducation: ITI (Machinist/Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years in VMC operation.
- Skills: Knowledge of G-codes/M-codes, technical drawings, and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
