Position: Inside Sales Specialist

Experience: 1–5 years

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Excellent communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls and generate new business leads.

Follow up on marketing and database leads and convert them into orders.

Generate leads through cold calling, existing customer database, references and other channels.

Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget and purchase timelines.

Handle regular follow-ups, quotations and negotiations until closure.

Develop existing customers through repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain lead pipeline and update CRM/Excel regularly.

Achieve monthly targets for leads generated, orders closed and sales value.

Candidate Profile:

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation ability.

Target-oriented and result-driven.

Good knowledge of Excel/CRM.

Experience in B2B sales/telesales/inside sales preferred.

Key focus: Lead Generation + Outbound Calling + Lead Conversion + Order Closure.
