Job Overview

The Team Member is responsible for executing daily kitchen tasks with precision and consistency. With prior experience in food service, the role involves handling mise-en-place and food preparation while strictly following food safety and hygiene protocols. The individual must maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times and ensure high standards in food quality and kitchen discipline.

Store Operating Hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM

Working Shift Hours 10 hours

Key Responsibilities

Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety rules.

Do mise-en-place prep and ensure quality before cooking.

Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per standards.

Support in packing & dispatch only when needed.

Keep your station clean and hygienic.

Requirements

Minimum High school(10th) education

Physically fit and ready for working in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.

Good hygiene, discipline, punctual, clean shaved and willingness to learn.

Able to follow instructions and work in a team.
