2. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound hot calls to potential clients and leads.

- Connect with interested prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Explain company services and generate interest among potential clients.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update lead details, call records, and meeting schedules in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly meeting-booking targets.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.

3. Required Skills

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
