Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Helper Chef to assist the head chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist chefs in preparing ingredients, vegetables, and other food items.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables as required.
- Support cooking and food preparation activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen guidelines.
- Assist in receiving and arranging kitchen supplies.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours and service time.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
- Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
