Job Responsibilities:

- Handle sales calls and communicate with Australian clients.

- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.

- Explain products/services and negotiate with potential customers.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Prior sales experience; real estate/property sales experience is an advantage.

- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.

- Robust negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
