We are seeking an Automation Engineer to support an SRE Lean Support project by identifying and automating SRE/ITSM processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and automate SRE/ITSM workflows and operational tasks.

Develop automation using scripting, APIs, workflow/orchestration tools, and AI/GenAI capabilities.

Apply AI to improve incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management processes.

Collaborate with SRE, ITSM, and engineering teams to continuously improve automation and operational efficiency.

Required Experience & Tools:

Experience with Python, Power Shell, REST APIs, and automation/scripting.

Hands-on exposure to Service Now or other ITSM platforms.

Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins/Git Hub Actions, or similar automation/Dev Ops tools.

Familiarity with Azure/AWS and monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Exposure to AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered automation.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of SRE and ITIL/ITSM practices.
