About the role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide application support for Oracle HCM Technical – Payroll.

What you'll do

- Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Payroll modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll application issues
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Payroll
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams
- Document processes and solutions
- Support upgrades and patches

What we're looking for
Essential

- 4+ years of Oracle HCM Technical experience, with payroll focus
- Solid SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Based in Gurgaon or Indore, India
- Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

- Oracle certifications
- Experience with global payroll
