Loss Prevention & Shrinkage Control
- Prevent theft, pilferage, mismatch picks, short picks, and internal losses across inbound, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Monitor high-risk SKUs, fresh (F&V;), and rapid-moving items.
- Track shrinkage trends and conduct root-cause analysis with recovery actions.
2. Inbound, Storage & Outbound Control
- Verify inbound material against PO/system entries for quantity, quality, and condition.
- Ensure segregation, stacking, FIFO/FEFO adherence, zoning, and cold-chain compliance.
- Monitor outbound accuracy including invoice verification, scanning, and vehicle loading.
- Control damaged, expired, RTV, dump, and return inventory movement.
