Job Title: Senior Manager - Legal

Experience: 8-12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage litigation, legal disputes, court proceedings, and external legal counsel.

- Provide legal advice to business teams on operational, contractual, and regulatory matters.

- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements, contracts, legal notices, and other documents.

- Handle corporate legal matters and ensure legally compliant business operations.

- Identify legal risks and support compliance and risk-mitigation initiatives.

- Manage commercial disputes and support resolution through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external law firms, and relevant authorities.

Requisites

- LLB degree is mandatory.

- Strong experience in litigation, dispute management, and legal advisory.

- Hands-on expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

- Corporate legal experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.

- Valuable understanding of commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
