Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and maintain CVAD 2303,2402, Citrix VDI and Xen App environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and end-user satisfaction.
on Prem Citrix components such as Store Front, Delivery Controllers, VDA, Citrix ADC/Net Scaler.
Manage Citrix Delivery Controllers, Store Front, License Servers, Citrix Director, Machine Catalogs, and Delivery Groups.
Support and optimize Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and including image lifecycle management.
Perform image management activities including PVS gold image creation, patching, updates, and Citrix Virtual Desktop environments.
Experience in upgrades , migration of Citrix components such as Store Front, Delivery Controllers, VDA.
Manage Citrix UPM and user setting management to ensure a seamless virtual desktop experience
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to user logins, application launches, profile management, performance, and latency.
Support patching, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management activities for Citrix infrastructure.




Experience working with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere
Experience with Windows Server, Windows 10/11 Multi-Session, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO).
Collaborate with global operations teams, vendors, and L2,L3 support teams for incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service improvements.
using Citrix Director, Studio, and other monitoring tools; identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Provide L3 technical support and mentor junior engineers.
Citrix ADC / Net Scaler load balancing, gateway, certificates, authentication (Good to have)

Key Troubleshooting Areas

User logon delays and slow profile loading.
VDA registration failures.
PVS target device boot issues.
Store Front authentication problems.
Citrix Gateway access issues.
High ICA RTT, latency, packet loss, and session disconnect.
UPM profile problems.
Citrix database and Broker service issues.
