This Role

We are seeking a Lead Dev Ops Engineer to establish and drive our infrastructure automation capability from the ground up. This greenfield opportunity will see you define the frameworks, standards, and tooling used to provision, deploy, and operate both cloud and on-premises environments, including recent AI infrastructure. You will champion an automation-first approach, replacing manual processes with scalable, repeatable solutions while providing technical leadership, influencing best practices, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operations.

What You'll Do

- You'll design and implement Dev Ops frameworks, infrastructure automation, configuration management, and orchestration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
- You'll evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver measurable gains in operational efficiency, reliability, consistency, and scalability.
- You'll build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), version-controlled environments, and CI/CD pipelines incorporating automated testing, security checks, and deployment practices.




- You'll embed security and compliance into automation through secure secrets management, access controls, governance, and best-practice operational standards.
- You'll support containerized and GPU-accelerated AI platforms, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, lead root cause analysis, document architectural decisions, and mentor engineers in Dev Ops best practices.
