NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a “Enterprise Architecture Advisor” to join our team in “Noida” and “Bangalore”

Technical Experience:

- Must have 10+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools – Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ Sys Track
- Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ Sys Track Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
- ITIL foundation certifications
- Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure Dev Ops
- Experience of working on ITSM - Service Now, Remedy
- Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS Power Point

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool
- Experience in implementing and driving automation initiatives
- Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders
- Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment




- Analytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needs
- Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for customer/stakeholder relationship management
- Provide cross functional support
- Act as a liaison between vendor and client
