Summary

Responsibilities

Requirements Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in the IT Services industry.

- Proven expertise in Program and Project Management methodologies.

- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities with a track record of managing large-scale initiatives.

- Strong proficiency in Resource and Dependency Management techniques.

- Demonstrated skill in Project Planning, Tracking, and Status Reporting.

- Adept at handling Escalation processes and high-level Stakeholder Coordination.

- Solid background in Delivery Governance and Problem-Solving.
