Role Overview
The Head – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for leading the overall financial strategy, accounting, compliance, and financial governance, MIS, Business Planning of Ethnus across all business verticals.
The role requires a strategic finance leader who can ensure financial discipline, improve profitability, optimize cash flow, strengthen internal controls, and provide actionable financial insights to support business growth.
The incumbent will work closely with the CEO, COO, business heads,
and functional leaders to evaluate business opportunities, monitor financial performance, manage financial risks, and establish scalable finance processes aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: B. Com / M. Com / CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or an equivalent relevant qualification. CA or CMA qualification would be an advantage.
- Experience: Min 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, including significant experience in finance leadership and team management. Experience in a fast growing organisation and exposure to a rapid paced environment.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, and other financial management or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication industry networking and leadership skills.
