Required Skills

· 5–7 years of experience in CI/CD, Dev Ops or developer platform support.

· Hands-on administration or support experience with Jenkins, Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, JFrog, Sonar, Team City, XL Deploy or similar tools.

· Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, builds, deployments, quality gates, artifact repositories, runners, agents and integrations.

· Strong troubleshooting skills for access, permissions, build failures, deployment failures, repository issues, plugin issues and connectivity problems.

· Experience handling incidents, requests, onboarding, change activities and production-grade support processes.

· Ability to script or automate routine tasks using Python, Shell, Power Shell or similar.

· Clear communication skills and a strong developer-support mindset.

Good to Have

· Knowledge of Linux, networking basics, SSL/TLS, proxies, IAM,



secrets and secure credential handling.

· Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Helm or cloud platforms.

· Experience in ITIL-based support environments with incident, change and problem management.
