We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and grievance handling.

What to expect in your journey

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation and records.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and improve retention.

• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.





• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.

• Collaborate with other HR and business teams to support organizational goals.

• Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives.

• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

• Monitor team performance to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to service delivery standards.

What you bring to the table

•Minimum 8 years of experience in core HR roles, preferably in a domestic (India-based) setting.

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
