Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a visionary Director, HR Business Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive training and professional development programs.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated,



progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed setting.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
