Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a proactive Rapid Response Recruiter to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and structured interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.




• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
