We're looking for an Account Manager who wants to build meaningful customer relationships, take ownership of customer success, and directly contribute to the company's growth.

This isn't just a role where you'll manage accounts and follow up with customers. It's an opportunity to understand customer businesses, protect recurring revenue, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customers continue to realize value from ZenTrades.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary relationship owner for your assigned customer accounts. You'll work across customer retention, renewals, expansion, and account health to strengthen relationships and drive sustainable business growth.

You'll:

• Own Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, understanding their business goals, needs, and challenges.

• Drive Customer Retention: Proactively identify customer concerns, address risks, and develop action plans to reduce avoidable churn.

• Manage Renewals: Own the renewal process, track upcoming contract expirations, initiate discussions early, and ensure timely renewal decisions.

• Identify Growth Opportunities: Discover opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional users, locations, products, modules, and plan upgrades.
