Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Chennai.



The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by understanding their financial protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable Bajaj Life products. Daily activities include engaging with customers through scheduled meetings and follow-ups, providing policy information and guidance, assisting with applications and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing. The role also involves working closely with branch staff and distribution partners to drive sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The Relationship Manager is expected to deliver a high standard of customer-first service, handle queries and concerns promptly, and contribute to branch-level campaigns and initiatives.
