Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a visionary Executive Search Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and structured interviews.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
• Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build and nurture active talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High-level proficiency with specialized talent sourcing tools and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).




• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
