Role Description The Relationship Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bijnor. The individual in this role will build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the emerging middle-class segment,



understanding their financial needs and offering suitable lending solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include customer acquisition, conducting field visits, collecting and verifying documentation, and supporting credit assessments in collaboration with internal teams. The Relationship Officer will manage customer queries, ensure timely loan processing, monitor repayment behavior, and promote available repayment channels and financial literacy initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to risk and compliance guidelines, and contributing to business growth targets.
