Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed Director of TA Operations to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.




• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
