industry with our creative AI-powered construction management solution, “Kael” — an AI project manager that predicts delays, flags risks, automates reporting, and prevents cost overruns with
real-time construction intelligence. Our hardware platform, “Observance”, uses LiDAR scanning,
thermal imaging, and AI-powered analysis to deliver BIM Models, deviation detection, and as-built

About the role
Inkers builds AI and LiDAR-based construction intelligence. We’re looking for a recent Civil Engineering graduate with hands-on Revit experience and a strong civil foundation to join our BIM team. You will work on aligning point cloud data with Revit models and turning it into accurate,



BIM-ready outputs, and you’ll grow into a deeper reality-capture and construction-tech role as you learn.

What you’ll do
• Align point clouds with Revit models accurately
• Process point cloud data into BIM-ready outputs
• Use CloudCompare or Blender for cleaning, registration and comparison
• Run QC checks to keep deliveries accurate and consistent
• Read drawings and understand structural and architectural elements, so alignment decisions make civil sense
• Work with senior engineers and pick up new tools and workflows as projects evolve

What we’re looking for
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (recent graduate)
• Working knowledge of Revit, from academic projects, internships or personal work
• Good civil engineering fundamentals: construction drawings, structural elements, building components
• Working knowledge of CloudCompare or Blender
• Strong attention to detail
