Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed Sales Recruiting Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Build and nurture active talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Negotiate competitive offers and close top-tier candidates efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated,
progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
