Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a proactive Remote Operations & People Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• High-level proficiency with modern cloud-based enterprise solutions.




• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
