Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for driving sales performance and regional business growth for Urban Money’s loan and mortgage advisory services. This role involves leading and mentoring a regional sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance,



and ensuring high-quality customer service across assigned locations. The Regional Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with lender partners, local channel partners, and key clients, while identifying new business opportunities and implementing strategies to increase market share. Daily activities include reviewing pipelines, overseeing end-to-end sales processes, coordinating with operations and credit teams for smooth loan processing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. The role also requires preparing regular sales reports, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic planning for the region.
