Invictron is looking for an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Position: HR & Admin Intern
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Work from Office)
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 6 months
Eligibility: Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

Schedule internal meetings and support team coordination.

Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities.

Manage day-to-day office administration and maintain an organized workplace.

Support general operational tasks as required.

Growth Chance

Gain hands-on experience in HR and business operations at a growing technology startup.



Based on performance and organizational needs, you may be converted to a full-time position after 6 months, with a salary increase.
