Location Location – Rajpura - Punjab

Reports to HOD-PPC

Current Job Profile

• Plan and organize production workflow within the shift, ensuring optimal utilization of

resources.

• Develop and implement production schedules, considering factors like equipment and Raw

material availability,

• Supervise and guide production personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and

production targets.

• Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and material flow, identifying potential





issues or bottlenecks.

• Take corrective actions to address any deviations from planned operations or quality standards.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including key performance indicators

(KPIs) and quality metrics.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation, as per company standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production.
• Prepare Rolling plan / Galvanize plan / Colour plan / CRCA plan in MES system
• Follow-up with operation to complete order as per Mkt priority.
