Role Description The Technology Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving technical training programs for HFCL’s engineering,



product, and operations teams. This full-time, on-site role based at Hyd Plant will focus on building capability in areas such as optical fiber technologies, telecom products, and related Fiber solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating learning curricula and materials, facilitating classroom and hands-on sessions, coordinating with subject matter experts, and tracking training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. The specialist will manage learning platforms, maintain up-to-date course content aligned with evolving technologies, and support onboarding and upskilling initiatives across multiple business units.
