Role Description The Tally Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The individual in this role will provide day-to-day support to clients using Tally and related ERP solutions, including handling queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users on best practices. Responsibilities include responding to phone and email support requests, documenting and resolving service tickets,



and coordinating with technical teams for escalations when required. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with data entry or configuration changes within Tally. The Tally Support Executive will interact regularly with customers, ensuring clear communication and a skilled, customer-focused service experience.
Qualifications

• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills, with the ability to manage records, documentation, and routine office tasks efficiently.
• Executive administrative assistance capabilities, including organizing information, prioritizing tasks, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
