Position: Accounts Executive – Accounts & Finance
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Overview
We are hiring one full-time Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure timely statutory compliance, deliver accurate financial reporting, and coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks and regulatory authorities. The designation offered (Executive or Senior Executive) will depend on the selected candidate’s experience.
The role requires robust working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, GST, TDS, TCS, banking operations, MIS reporting and finalisation of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & bookkeeping
• Record and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills and other financial transactions in Tally Prime / Tally ERP
• Manage sundry debtors, sundry creditors,



cash book and bank book
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
• Pass journal entries and book expenses with proper supporting documents; maintain organised vouchers

GST, TDS & statutory compliance
• Manage GST accounting and reconciliation; support return filing
• Handle TCS accounting, deduction and compliance
• Process TDS deduction, reconciliation and timely filing
• Track all statutory deadlines and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant on filings, audits and compliance

Financial reporting & closure
• Prepare trial balance and profit & loss statements; assist in finalisation of the P&L; account and balance sheet
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing
• Produce MIS reports and management dashboards on time

Banking & foreign remittance
• Execute banking transactions and payment processing
• Prepare documentation for foreign remittances and coordinate with banks on approvals and querie
