Overview:
Navias is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Analyst to join our centralized QA function. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Contact Center solutions, Salesforce Education Cloud,



and integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on QA experience, a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and the ability to independently lead testing efforts across multiple initiatives. This role operates within an agile, enterprise setting and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional testing across Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom-built components.
• Validate Salesforce configurations such os workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, profiles, roles, and security settings.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., APIs, middle
