Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business development across Calspark’s service portfolio. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and achieving revenue and order-booking targets through coordinated sales, tendering and commercial activities.

Location: Bengaluru, with travel to client offices and project locations.
Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and pursue opportunities across electrical, industrial, power infrastructure and renewable energy services.




• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, renewable developers, utilities, consultants and EPC contractors.
• Manage lead generation, chance qualification, vendor registrations and tender tracking.
• Coordinate RFQs, pre-bid discussions and technical-commercial proposals with engineering, estimation and management teams.
• Lead client presentations, proposal follow-ups, commercial negotiations and contract closure within approved terms.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, revenue forecasts and regular business development reports.
• Develop existing accounts, secure repeat business and identify opportunities for recurring service contracts.
• Monitor upcoming projects, customer investment plans and competitor activity to support business planning.
• Coordinate the handover of awarded contracts to project teams and support client communication, billing and collection follow-up
