Role Description The Commis3 role at The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Commis3 team member supports the culinary operations by assisting in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and quality standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and safety in the kitchen, organizing ingredients and mise en place, and ensuring timely execution of dishes during service. The role also involves collaborating with senior chefs, following instructions for menu items and special events, and participating in continuous learning to uphold luxury hospitality standards. The Commis3 team member is expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and brand values.
