Job SummaryFlip Slide Consultancy is looking for a professional and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Consultancy Services, Client Acquisition, or Service Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, pitching consultancy services, building client relationships, scheduling meetings, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Identify potential corporate clients, business owners, SMEs, and organizations for consultancy services.
• Understand client requirements, business challenges, and expectations to recommend suitable services.
• Professionally pitch and present FSC's consultancy services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.




• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, business discussions, and service presentations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service offerings based on client requirements.
• Handle client objections and negotiate pricing, service packages, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
• Convert qualified leads into clients and successfully close business deals.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with lead details, client interactions, meeting schedules, follow-up dates, and deal status.
