Job Description

• Proficient in communication – 8 in scale of 10
• 6+ years of experience in Financial sector related to Distribution Compliance and Sales Governance, preferably from Life Insurance industry.
• CA/CS/MBA/Post-graduate in commerce.
• Preferred location Gurgaon-CO.

Key Responsibilities

Preparations for Board, and other Committee meetings including interaction with various internal stakeholders

Assist in compliance with the provisions of Insurance Act and other designate regulations

Preparation of Directors report/ Annual report

Ensuring timely e-form filings, updation of websites, charter documents, policies etc
