Role Description The Guest Relations Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing positive and professional interactions with clients, visitors, and stakeholders. This position involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate information is provided. The coordinator will oversee virtual receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments,



greeting guests in virtual meetings, and directing communications to the appropriate team members. Daily tasks include maintaining guest records, resolving basic service issues, escalating concerns when needed, and following established procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to support client onboarding, meetings, and events, while upholding ANR Business Consulting’s service standards.
