Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated Culture & Experience Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
• Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.




• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
