Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a resourceful Technical Recruiting Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and nurture active talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional written, verbal,



and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
