Hotel Partnerships & Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi/NCR | Experience: 3–7 years | Reporting: Senior Management | Compensation: As per industry standards

The Role
This is a field-driven business development and partnerships role.
You will be responsible for identifying potential hotel partners, reaching out to decision-makers, conducting meetings and presentations, understanding their staffing and service requirements, pitching the Servouz solution, negotiating where required and taking opportunities through to closure.
The right person will already understand the hotel workplace,
decision-making structures and commercial conversations within the industry.
What You Will Do
• Identify and approach hotels, hotel chains, event companies and other hospitality businesses across Delhi/NCR.
• Build relationships with hotel GMs, HR/People teams, F&B; heads, Operations, Sales and other relevant decision-makers.
• Generate leads through existing hospitality networks, referrals, market visits, industry connections and direct outreach.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations and product/service pitches with prospective partners.
• Understand each hotel's staffing and operational requirements and position Servouz accordingly.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage discussions through to partnership closure.
• Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation → meeting → pitch → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
• Coordinate with the Servouz operations team to ensure smooth partner onboarding and handove
