? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Candidate Sourcing
• Find suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and qualified networks.
• Source candidates according to job descriptions, qualifications, experience, and skills.
• Build and maintain an organised candidate database.

2. Resume Screening




• Review CVs against eligibility criteria and job requirements.
• Shortlist suitable applicants and identify missing information.
• Maintain accurate candidate status records.

3. WhatsApp & Telephone Screening
• Contact candidates professionally through WhatsApp, email, and telephone.
• Ask screening questions about qualifications, experience, availability, and expectations.
• Record responses and identify candidates suitable for further evaluation.

4. Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews and send reminders.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track interview attendance, feedback, selection, and joining status.

5. Recruitment Reporting
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports.
• Track resumes screened, candidates contacted, interviews scheduled, and hiring outcomes.
• Protect candidate information and follow authorised data-handling procedures.
