Role Description: This is a full-time on-site PA / SPA - DME AR role based in Patiala. The role involves providing day-to-day personal and executive administrative support to leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel or appointments.



The team member will assist with organizing documentation related to DME accounts receivable, maintaining records, and handling routine clerical tasks to support efficient billing operations. Responsibilities also include preparing correspondence, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The role requires close collaboration with billing, operations, and leadership teams to support smooth workflow and adherence to organizational processes.
Qualifications
• Candidate should have a clear understanding of how DME AR works
• Good exposure to denial appeals and rejection handling
• Good software handling, specifically specializing in Brightree Software
• Perfect understanding of teamwork and effective handling of claims
• Only immediate candidates are required for the Patiala location; it is on-site
