About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI-powered applications, with a robust focus on autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows.
You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, integrate, evaluate, and optimize intelligent AI systems that can reason, plan, use tools, and execute complex, multi-step tasks.
The role focuses on building production-ready agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent architectures, workflow orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI automation.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making, and multi-step task execution.




• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems to handle complex workflows and coordinate tasks across multiple agents.
• Develop agentic applications using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Integrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms using tool calling and function calling.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and hybrid retrieval techniques.
• Develop agent memory, context management, state persistence, and checkpointing mechanisms for long-running workflows.
• Optimize prompts, system instructions, model selection, inference latency, token usage, and execution costs.
• Build reliable AI workflows with structured outputs, error handling, retries, validation, and fallback mechanisms.
