Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a innovative University Hiring Lead to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
• Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Robust understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• High-level proficiency with specialized talent sourcing tools and CRM platforms.




• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
