We're looking for a Frontend Engineering Lead who can architect, build, and scale the next generation of healthcare applications across web and mobile.
You'll work on products powering US primary care, including AI-powered medical documentation, intelligent front-desk agents, patient management, clinical workflows, revenue cycle management, and value-based care.
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role with end-to-end ownership. You'll define frontend architecture, build high-performance applications, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and take products from concept to production.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, AI engineers, and clinical stakeholders to build intuitive,



reliable, and scalable healthcare experiences.
What You'll Do• Own Frontend Architecture: Design and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend architectures across React web applications and React Native mobile applications.
• Build AI-Native Healthcare Experiences: Develop intuitive interfaces for AI-powered medical scribes, conversational agents, clinical documentation, patient scheduling, billing, and healthcare operations.
• Lead Web and Mobile Development: Architect, develop, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade applications across web, iOS, and Android.
• Engineer for Performance: Optimize rendering, application responsiveness, data fetching, caching, bundle sizes, and Core Web Vitals to ensure seamless experiences in demanding clinical environments.
