ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sales & Business Development Intern to work closely with the Sales ano Operations teams in Mumbai
The role focuses on driving timely closure of shipment-related pendencies at assigned hubs, strengthening execution, and enabling the Sales team to deliver a better customer experience.
You will receive a daily Excel-based tracker from the Sales Manager / Sales team, understand the priority pendencies, coordinate with Operations for closure, and maintain clear visibility on progress. Through this work, you will directly support sales productivity, customer retention, and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the Sales Manager / Sales & BD team to understand daily priorities and Mumbai hub-level requirements.
• Review the daily Excel tracker containing pending shipments and action items requiring closure coordinate Wit Uperations teams at assigned nuos to arive timely resolution or shipment pendencies
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders, track progress, and maintain accurate status updates until closure.




• Visit assigned hubs as required and work closely with on-ground Operations teams to resolve operational gaps.
• Escalate critical or ageing pendencies to the appropriate stakeholders for timely action.
• Maintain structured trackers and share regular updates on closures, pending actions, and key observations.
• Identify recurring operational issues that may impact customer experience, sales conversion, or retention.
• support the sales team in creating a smoother customer experience through effective operational coordination.
