The roleYou work directly with the Director. You are the one point of contact for everything that must get done: finance, operations, hiring and follow-up. You use Claude Code and Codex every day to do the work of a small team.

What you will doYou own outcomes, not tasks. The work falls in six areas.
• Finance and accounting. Review the books in Tally every month. Prepare the monthly MIS: profit, cash flow, debtors, creditors and stock. Track GST, TDS and other filings with the CA. Prepare the packs that banks and auditors ask for.
• Plant operations. Track production, raw material, stock and dispatch from the office, through the ERP and the plant's reports. Find delays and extra costs, and fix them with the plant team.
• Hiring. Run hiring from start to finish: job posts, screening, interviews, offers and joining. Work with HR on payroll and attendance.
• Getting things done. Turn each decision of the Director into tasks, each with an owner and a deadline. Follow up until each task is closed. Send the Director a short status every week.
• One point of contact. Deal with banks,



CAs, lawyers, consultants, suppliers, customers and government offices for the Director.
• AI-first work. Use Claude Code and Codex to build reports, reconciliations and checks that run without manual work. Keep them running and improve them.

Who you areYou must have all of these.
• Education: a degree from a tier-1 or tier-2 institution, such as an IIM, IIT, NIT or DCE (now DTU). An engineering degree or a CA qualification is preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years of full time work, for example in a Big 4 firm, a CA firm, consulting, a founder's office or a Chief of Staff role.
• Finance and accounting: you read a balance sheet, a P&L; and a cash flow statement with ease. You know the basics of GST and TDS. You are fast in Excel. Tally is a plus; if you do not know it, you learn it in the first month.
• Software and AI tools: you know how an ERP works, or you are willing to learn it. You adapt
